Our Story
Hey there! I'm Cathryn, a mom of two incredible kids, William and Elizabeth. We have multiple food allergies. If you're new here, welcome to our little community! I know it can seem overwhelming to navigate the world of MFA, but don't worry, I'm here to help! I remember feeling lost and stressed over what to feed everyone, so I'm thrilled to help you create safe and scrumptious meals for your own family.
As for our allergy list, it's a little long: eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, seafood and wheat. I know, it sounds like there's nothing left to eat, but trust me, there are so many yummy options out there! We've mainly nosh on veggies and fruits, with a little bit of meat here and there, but we've also found some fantastic plant-based protein sources.
My ultimate goal is to provide top allergen-free recipes for anyone who needs them. So, please join us on this delicious and safe journey!
